Near the lake’s 24 Mile Marker, you can easily travel by land or by lake to nearby hot spots such as Margaritaville complete with golf, restaurants, pools and more, as well as Paradise Tropical Restaurant and Bar with its festive outdoor atmosphere and the Ozark Distillery with incredible pizza, craft beer, and small batch distilled whiskey, moonshine, and vodka.

For those seeking family-friendly attractions, the greater Ozark area is home to amusem*nt parks, mini-golf courses, and water parks, ensuring that there's something for all ages to enjoy. 2. Must be 25 to book.
3. No smoking.
4. No Pets.
5. No parties - please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
6. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am - please be mindful of the noise.
7. We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools. We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
